Mrs. Samantha Doerfler has been a Pilgrim parent for 9 years, as well as Pilgrim Lutheran School’s “Super Sub” and an instructional aide for the Upper Grades. Mrs. Doerfler also is a master at making jellies and jams. When she isn’t in a Pilgrim classroom, she makes the world a more delicious place.
The 2022/23 school year marks Mr. Hagopian’s first year as a teacher at Pilgrim Lutheran School! He is happy to be a part of the Pilgrim teaching staff! Mr. Hagopian received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, where he also played college soccer. He then served as a Personal Trainer & Strength and Conditioning Coach for ten years, and spent six years as a Basketball Coach at Loyola Academy. He is proud to be following in his father’s footsteps, who was a PE teacher for 40 years. Mr. Hagopian loves fitness, strength, and teamwork!
